A sick child can affect the entire family. Fortunately, there are places that can help, including one in Pittsburgh. The Ronald McDonald House of Pittsburgh aims to support families and children as they are battling an injury or illness in the hospital. Chaffin Luhana LLP is honored to donate to this wonderful organization on behalf of one of its’ attorneys, Patrick Booth.
The Chaffin Luhana Foundation is donating $250 to the Ronald McDonald House of Pittsburgh. Earlier this year, the Chaffin Luhana Foundation also donated items to both the RMH of Pittsburgh and the RMH of New York as part of the IB Day of Action. The Ronald McDonald House “is dedicated to improving the health and well-being of children.” It provides “temporary housing to families whose children are receiving medical treatment to offering medical care to children in under-serviced communities,” according to the RMH website.
This is the second year in a row that Patrick chose to send his donation to the Ronald McDonald House of Pittsburgh. He hopes this donation will again allow families to be with their children during this holiday season.
