Children should not have to deal with death, especially their own. This month, Chaffin Luhana LLP is making a donation to the Make-A-Wish Greater Pennsylvania and West Virginia chapter, on behalf of one of our paralegals, Cheryl Brown.
The Chaffin Luhana Foundation is donating $250 to Make-A-Wish in Cheryl’s name. This organization aims to “grant the wish of every child diagnosed with a life-threatening medical condition. In the United States and its territories, on average, a wish is granted every 37 minutes.”
Cheryl said the charity goes above and beyond to grant a wish, no matter what the cost, to every child that has a life-threatening medical condition. “To see hope in the faces of those children, and to let them feel like a child for even a day while they experience their “wish” is priceless, especially knowing that the child may not be here to celebrate their next birthday,” Cheryl said.
