Many people do not get to enjoy holiday meals with family, but luckily there are charities in our local communities that strive to help them, such as the Community Bread Basket in Weirton, West Virginia. Chaffin Luhana LLP is honored to make a donation to this charity on behalf of one of our case managers and records specialists, Rene Grier.
The Chaffin Luhana Foundation is making a $250 donation to the Community Bread Basket in Rene’s name. This organization not only provides food to those that need it, but it also provides basic necessities such as clothing and counseling.
Rene said the Community Bread Basket in Weirton is near and dear to her heart. “Weekly, we collect donations for the Bread Basket through our church. I know it has helped many in the community who do not have enough money to afford food. I have some close friends who were struggling until they were helped out tremendously by the Community Bread Basket in Weirton,” she said.
